After living in a virtual environment for two years, we are thrilled to welcome our community back together in-person to celebrate at the beautiful Herringbone La Jolla!

Experience the fresh and easy Southern California beach living at Herringbone, an award-winning restaurant in the heart of La Jolla Cove, offering California coastal cuisine that specializes in line-caught seafood and high-quality meats. Enjoy the delicious food and drinks, surrounded by 100-year-old olive trees and maritime-inspired artwork and fixtures. This will be a night to remember, shared with a community of friends for the benefit of all for the children, teachers, and staff of Torrey Pines Elementary School.

Your ticket includes: 

• 2 hours of open bar (cash bar thereafter)
• Appetizers, Entrée, Dessert, and Coffee
• Entertainment, Music, and Dancing
• Live and Silent Auctions

Guests must be 21+.

Dress: Cocktail Attire.

Event is indoors. A portion of the roof will be open during the event.

Anyone can bid on the silent auction, whether or not you are able to attend the Gala.

COVID-19 Guidance

In an effort to keep the health and safety of our TPES community top priority, we ask all Gala attendees to take an At-Home COVID-19 Test or PCR COVID-19 Test within 24 hours of attending the Gala on May 14, ideally as close to the time of the event as possible. Gala attendees should stay home if they tested positive for COVID-19, have COVID-19 symptoms, or tested positive for COVID-19 but do not have symptoms (are asymptomatic). Attendees with known close contact COVID-19 exposure, please refer to the CDC "When to Stay Home" guidelines. In addition, wearing masks at the Gala is welcomed and encouraged.

The Foundation Gala team recognizes the importance of monitoring COVID-19's status and will keep our attendees apprised of any potential changes. TPES families take care of each other! Thank you for helping our community stay safe, and we look forward to celebrating together and raising much-needed funds to support our school!

Attendees who are unable to attend due to COVID-19 have the choice to either request their Gala ticket to be refunded or convert it to a donation to TPES Foundation. Please email [email protected] for guidance. We look forward to supporting you.

Purchase a ticket to a Buy-In Party!

Supporters of TPES have graciously offered to host a variety of wonderful Buy-In Parties to raise funds for our school!

A Buy-In Party is an event / party / experience hosted and paid for by TPES families and friends. The hosts chooses an event, determines if its for adults or kids, and sets the date and time of the event. The proceeds from the sale of the "buy-in" ticket is donated to the TPES Foundation to support our kids' educational experience.

 
Buy-In parties are a great way to meet new TPES families and are fun to host and attend.  The dates and descriptions are shown on each ticket. Gala attendance is not required to attend a Buy-In Party.
